Personal Assistance


We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the daily routine management of our Director. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating with team members, and ensuring seamless communication. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to multitask.

Location: On-site (Ahmedabad, Gujarat & Pan India)

Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation
Age: 27-35 years
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.  Daily Routine Management:

  • Handle the daily schedule of the Director, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and commitments are well-organized and timely.
  • Update the Director regularly on upcoming events, deadlines, and tasks.

2.  Scheduling and Coordination:

  •  Coordinate with all team members to create and manage schedules for meetings, appointments, and other activities.
  •  Ensure that all necessary materials and information are prepared in advance of meetings and appointments.

3.  Communication:

  • Act as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication by relaying messages, organizing correspondence, and managing emails.
  • Communicate effectively in Hindi, Gujarati, and English to handle various administrative tasks and interactions.

4. Administrative Support:

  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all appointments, meetings, and communications.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the Director.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including calendars, Draft email, Excel, Power Point, Word files and tools for document preparation.


Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati are essential for effective client and team interactions.


Soft Skills:

  •   Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical layout creation (mandatory).
  •  Strong presentation skills for clear and engaging communication of design concepts.
  •   Proficiency in Excel for managing design-related data and analysis.
  •  Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to new challenges.
  •   A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.


Transportation:

  •  Must have access to a two-wheeler for efficient and timely site visits.
