Gokul Farm House, designed by renowned architect Hiren Patel, is a luxurious 23,000 sq. ft. single-story residence that harmoniously blends modern design with nature. The concept behind the design focuses on creating a peaceful living environment by seamlessly integrating the built structure with its natural surroundings. The house is centered around three lush courtyards, ensuring every room offers serene views of the greenery. The layout includes a central living area, private family room, dining space, kitchen, and seven modular bedrooms, all designed to enhance the connection with the outdoors. A swimming pool at the entrance adds to the tranquility. The architectural vision, led by Hiren Patel, emphasizes open spaces, natural light, and a fluid flow between the indoors and outdoors, creating a home that fosters peace, comfort, and well-being. With a focus on both modern aesthetics and functional design, the project integrates cutting-edge automation and security systems to provide safety without compromising the home’s natural appeal.

     Designing Gokul Farm House, a sprawling 23,000 sq. ft. single-story residence, presented unique challenges in integrating advanced automation and security systems within a layout that emphasizes openness and connectivity to nature. The expansive design, featuring three central courtyards and numerous entry points, required a sophisticated approach to ensure comprehensive security without disrupting the seamless flow of the architectural concept. The primary challenge was securing the vast, open spaces around the courtyards while maintaining the home's natural ambiance. To address this, beam detectors and vibration sensors were strategically incorporated, providing invisible yet effective perimeter security. In addition, digital door lock systems and video door phones were installed to allow secure access management and remote visitor monitoring, enhancing both safety and convenience.

        Ensuring the security of the property’s expansive windows and open courtyards without compromising its aesthetic appeal was another critical challenge. To address this, a combination of drop bolt locks, CCTV surveillance cameras, and gas leak detectors were seamlessly integrated into the design, providing comprehensive protection. The design also incorporated panic switches at key locations to ensure quick and efficient emergency responses.

Designed as a sprawling single-story residence, the home’s layout prioritizes seamless accessibility and integration with its natural surroundings. At the core of the design are three verdant courtyards that not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also flood the interiors with natural light and fresh air, creating a tranquil, nature-infused living experience.

                Elevating its functionality, the home features cutting-edge automation systems tailored for both convenience and sophistication. A DALI dimmable lighting system enables precise control over lighting levels, creating customized ambiances for every occasion. This automation extends to the landscaped areas, where intelligent outdoor lighting enhances both security and visual appeal. Given the property’s open design, beam detectors were strategically installed to secure the courtyards and ensure unobtrusive safety. With its harmonious integration of advanced technology and timeless design, Gokul Farm House redefines luxury living in a serene, nature-centric environment.
