Roles & Responsibilities:

1.   Design Layouts:

• Create detailed design technical layouts using AutoCAD for various projects.
• Develop product layouts that meet client specifications and project requirements.
• Present design concepts and plans to clients and senior team members for approval.

2.   Team Communication and Collaboration:

• Work closely with senior team members to ensure designs align with project goals and standards.
• Communicate effectively with the Project Managers to share ideas and provide updates on project progress.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate design aspects into overall project planning.

3.    Client Interaction:

• Prepare and deliver design presentations to clients, clearly explaining concepts and answering any questions.
• Gather client feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs to meet their needs and expectations with the guidance of Project Managers’.

4.    Documentation Handling:

• Maintain comprehensive design documentation, ensuring all layouts, plans, and revisions are accurately recorded.
• Organize and manage design files and project documents for easy access and reference.

5.    Technical Proficiency:

• Utilize AutoCAD extensively for creating precise technical layouts.
• Develop proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis related to design projects.
• Prepare professional presentations to effectively communicate design ideas and project updates.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati are essential for effective client and team interactions.

Soft Skills:

•   Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical layout creation (mandatory).
•  Strong presentation skills for clear and engaging communication of design concepts.
•   Proficiency in Excel for managing design-related data and analysis.
•  Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to new challenges.
•   A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Transportation:

•  Must have access to a two-wheeler for efficient and timely site visits.
