Qualification: Diploma, ITI, B Tech, EC, IC (Electrical)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.    Technical Expertise:

• Utilize your technical knowledge of electronics to contribute to system design, troubleshooting, and enhancement.
•   Ensure the effective installation, configuration, and maintenance of electronic systems and components.
•   Apply your understanding of networking concepts and Wi-Fi technology to optimize system performance and connectivity.

2.    Product Installation and Site Visits of Home Automation:

• Conduct on-site product installations, ensuring that systems are set up correctly and functioning as intended.
•  Perform regular site visits to maintain and troubleshoot installed systems, ensuring high reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Document installation procedures, maintenance activities, and technical issues comprehensively.
• Demonstrate a foundational understanding of home automation systems and their integration with existing electronic infrastructure.

3.    Collaboration and Documentation:

• Work closely with team members to develop and implement technical solutions according to layouts and design schematics.
• Communicate to both clients and internal teams, by conveying complex information clearly and effectively.

Skills:

• Maintain particular records of all installations, service calls, and client interactions.
• Exhibit strong teamwork capabilities, a willingness to learn new technologies, and a positive attitude in all tasks and proactive/positive approach to problem-solving.

Transportation:

•  Must have access to a two-wheeler for efficient and timely site visits.
